Gülşah has graduated from Istanbul University, Department of Sociology in 2018. She started her master's degree in Human Resources Management at Yıldız Technical University in 2019 and received the project approval from the jury and completed her education in 2020. Gülşah started her career at university, took part in university and Tübitak projects. Gülşah, who has internship experience in Human Resources and Consultancy, later worked as a consultant at Qnb Finansbank. In this process, she became interested in social media, content production, and design. Then she started to take interactive training and started to work as a Social Media intern at StrategyCo in February 2021.
