''When we gathered in Smögen, Sweden as Agile Transformation professionals representing 15 different countries, our purpose was to discuss how to make a human-centered Agile approach more effective, to reveal the human potential most effectively, and to discuss how Agile approach can contribute to our societies.
We crafted the Agile People Manifesto at the end of an intensive Bootcamp. It will be followed by an amazing book. Everything will be translated into Turkish too :)
I am both happy and proud of signing the Manifesto as the only Turkish person contributing to this international outcome where cooperation, knowledge, experience, and most importantly wisdom prevailed.
