StratejiCo. received the Silver Baykuş award for its Employee Engagement Research in the category of "Expert Baykuş" on 17 Oct. 2015. The research was conducted in a textile company operating in Turkey. StratejiCo. started to work with the company after it had experienced an occupation during the collective bargaining agreement (CBA) meetings. StratejiCo. proceeded with the aim of conducting a research about underlying reasons of this crisis and determining workers’ engagement level.
The Baykuş Awards were presented to the winners on 17 October 2015 at a ceremony held in Adile Sultan Palace.
